From Our Kitchen to Your Home
Little Brown Goose began as a small family idea in a home kitchen in Port Lincoln, South Australia. We wanted to make everyday bath, body and household routines feel more thoughtful, practical and enjoyable, and we started by making products ourselves in small batches.
It started with handmade products
Early on, we spent a lot of time learning, testing formulations and working out what we genuinely wanted to use in our own home. Soap was part of those early beginnings, and over time the range grew as customers asked for more.
How the range grew
Little Brown Goose gradually expanded into laundry, bath, body and home fragrance. Today you’ll find products such as Laundry Crystals, Washing Powder, Shake n Vac, soaps, bath products, body care, candles, wax melts, room sprays and reed diffusers across the range.
From Port Lincoln to Geelong
Port Lincoln will always be part of the Little Brown Goose story because that is where the business began. Today, our family business is based in Geelong, Victoria, where we continue making and packing Little Brown Goose products.
Australian family-owned
We remain an Australian family-owned business. Being hands-on with the products, customer feedback, scents and everyday operation of the business is still a big part of how Little Brown Goose works.
What matters to us now
Our focus is straightforward: make products that are enjoyable to use, clearly explain what they are and how to use them, and keep improving the range as the business grows. We prefer practical, realistic product information over exaggerated promises.
