Our products are Australian made by Little Brown Goose. We are proudly family owned and create products with care for your skin, home and family.

Are Little Brown Goose products low-tox?
Yes, our range is designed with low-tox living in mind. We focus on creating beautiful bath, body, laundry and home fragrance products without the harsh chemical feel.
Are your products Australian made?
Yes, Little Brown Goose products are Australian made by our small family business.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Many customers with sensitive skin love our products, and our brand was created after struggling to find gentler options for skin affected by eczema and psoriasis. Everyone’s skin is different, so we recommend patch testing body products before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies.
Are your fragrance oils skin safe?
Yes. Our fragrance oils are concentrated and are skin safe when used within appropriate usage limits. As a general guideline for skin applications, use fragrance oil at 1% or less of the finished product. Do not apply concentrated fragrance oil directly to skin, and always follow the directions for the application you are making.
Do you use natural ingredients?
We use naturally inspired ingredients where possible and focus on gentle, low-tox choices across our range. Please check each product listing for ingredients and usage details.
Are your products pet friendly?
Some of our home and laundry products are suitable for pet-friendly homes when used as directed. Always keep products away from pets, avoid direct contact, and allow powders or sprays to settle before allowing pets back into the area.
Laundry & Cleaning
What are Laundry Crystals?
Laundry Crystals are an in-wash scent booster and natural fabric softener alternative. They help leave your laundry smelling beautiful while giving your washing a fresh, soft feel.
How do I use Laundry Crystals?
Add the recommended amount directly into the drum of your washing machine before adding clothes. Wash as normal. Please follow the instructions on your product label.
Can Laundry Crystals replace fabric softener?
Yes, Laundry Crystals are designed as a low-tox fabric softener alternative. They help freshen and soften laundry without the heavy residue feel of traditional fabric softeners.
Are Laundry Crystals septic safe?
Yes. Based on our own testing and approximately three years of use at our previous business premises operating on a septic tank without issues, we class our Laundry Crystals as septic safe when used as directed. Always follow the product directions.
What is Shake n Vac?
Shake n Vac is a carpet deodoriser designed to freshen carpets, rugs and mats. For a quick freshen-up, sprinkle lightly, leave for around 10-15 minutes, then vacuum thoroughly. For stronger odours or a more intense fragrance, it can be left longer, up to 24 hours, before vacuuming.
How do I use Shake n Vac?
Always patch test a small hidden area first. Sprinkle lightly over dry carpet, rugs or mats. Leave for around 10-15 minutes for a quick freshen-up, or up to 24 hours for stronger odours or a more intense fragrance, then vacuum thoroughly. For ongoing room fragrance, a small amount can be left in an out-of-the-way area such as under a chair or bed where children and pets cannot access or disturb it.
Can I use Shake n Vac around pets?
Yes, when used responsibly. For normal carpet application, keep pets away while applying and until the product has been fully vacuumed. If using a small amount in an out-of-the-way area for ongoing fragrance, only use it where pets cannot access or disturb it.
Home Fragrance
How do I use a Reed Diffuser?
Place the reeds into the diffuser bottle and allow them to absorb the fragrance. Flip the reeds after a few hours for a stronger scent throw, then flip weekly or as needed.
How long does a Reed Diffuser last?
This depends on room size, airflow, temperature and how often the reeds are flipped. To make it last longer, place it away from direct sunlight, heat and open windows.
Can I refill my Reed Diffuser?
Yes, selected Reed Diffuser refills are available so you can reuse your diffuser bottle and reduce waste.
How do I use Room Spray?
Spray into the air to freshen your room. You can also lightly mist linen, cushions, bathrooms, bedrooms, cars or office spaces. Always patch test fabric first.
Can I use Room Spray as a linen spray?
Yes, our Room Sprays can be used as a linen spray. Spray lightly and allow to dry before use. Always test on a hidden area first.
How do I use Fragrance Oils?
Fragrance Oils can be used in suitable oil burners, diffusers, laundry, on Wool Dryer Balls, in cleaning routines and in other compatible applications. They are concentrated, so use the amount and dilution appropriate for the intended application and always follow the product or equipment directions.
Can I use Fragrance Oils on Wool Dryer Balls?
Yes, add a few drops of fragrance oil to your Wool Dryer Balls, allow the oil to absorb, then place them in the dryer with your laundry.
How do I care for my candle?
Trim the wick to around 6mm before each burn. On the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the top to help prevent tunnelling. Never leave a lit candle unattended.
Bath, Shower & Body
How do I use Bubble Bath?
Pour a small amount under warm running water and swish to create bubbles. Use as much or as little as you like depending on your bath size and bubble preference.
How do I use Bath Bombs?
Place one bath bomb into warm bath water and allow it to fizz and dissolve. Relax and enjoy your beautifully scented bath.
Are your kids bath products suitable for children?
Our Kids Bath Fun range is created for family bath time fun. Adult supervision is always recommended, and products should not be eaten.
What is Whipped Soap?
Whipped Soap is a soft, fluffy soap product that can be used as a body wash, hand wash or shaving soap.
How do I use Body Scrub?
Massage gently onto damp skin in circular motions, then rinse well. Use 1–2 times per week or as needed. Avoid broken or irritated skin.
How do I use Perfume Rollers?
Apply to pulse points such as wrists, neck and behind the ears. Reapply as desired.
How do I use Body Mist?
Spray lightly over your body or clothing for a fresh scent. Avoid eyes and broken skin.
Orders, Shipping & Returns
How long will my order take to be packed?
Orders are packed as quickly as possible by our small family business. Processing times may vary during busy periods, sales and seasonal events.
Do you ship Australia wide?
Yes, Little Brown Goose ships Australia wide.
Do you offer local pickup?
If local pickup is available, you will see this option at checkout.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we will do our best to help.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can help resolve it.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of bath, body and personal care products, returns may be limited for hygiene reasons. Please contact us if there is an issue with your order.

Do you offer gift packs?
Yes, we offer a range of Gift Packs & Bundles including bath gifts, home fragrance gifts, self-care bundles and laundry starter packs.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes, you can send your order directly to the recipient. Add their delivery address at checkout.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, gift cards are available and make a great option when you are not sure what scent or product to choose.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Gift wrapping may be available on selected products or orders. Please check the product listing or checkout options.
Little Brown Goose Refill Club
What is the Little Brown Goose Refill Club?
The Little Brown Goose Refill Club is a recurring delivery option for selected laundry and home fragrance products. Refill Club orders receive a 10% saving on eligible recurring purchases.
How do I join the Refill Club?
Open an eligible product, choose the qualifying size or refill, then select the Refill Club option instead of a one-time purchase. Choose delivery every 2, 3 or 4 months and complete checkout as normal.
Which products and sizes can I subscribe to?
The Refill Club is currently available on:
- Laundry Crystals - 1kg
- Washing Powder - 1kg
- Shake n Vac - 600g refill
- Room Spray - 500ml refill
- Reed Diffuser - 250ml refill
Other sizes, samples and non-eligible variants remain available as one-time purchases where offered.
How often can I receive my Refill Club order?
You can currently choose delivery every 2 months, every 3 months or every 4 months.
How is the 10% Refill Club saving applied?
The 10% saving is built into the eligible Refill Club selling plan and is applied to your recurring orders when you choose the subscription option.
Can I still buy these products without subscribing?
Yes. One-time purchase remains available on the eligible products, so you only need to choose Refill Club when recurring delivery suits you.
How do I manage my subscription?
Log in to your Little Brown Goose customer account and select Subscriptions. From there you can manage your active subscription, including skipping or pausing deliveries and cancelling when needed.
Is there a minimum subscription term?
There is currently no minimum number of subscription cycles configured for the Little Brown Goose Refill Club.
