Laundry Crystals are an in-wash scent booster and natural fabric softener alternative. They help leave your laundry smelling beautiful while giving your washing a fresh, soft feel.
How do I use Laundry Crystals?
Add the recommended amount directly into the drum of your washing machine before adding clothes. Wash as normal. Please follow the instructions on your product label.
Can Laundry Crystals replace fabric softener?
Yes, Laundry Crystals are designed as a low-tox fabric softener alternative. They help freshen and soften laundry without the heavy residue feel of traditional fabric softeners.
Are Laundry Crystals septic safe?
Our Laundry Crystals are designed to be septic safe when used as directed.
What is Shake n Vac?
Shake n Vac is a carpet deodoriser designed to freshen carpets, rugs and mats. Simply sprinkle, leave for a little while, then vacuum as normal.
How do I use Shake n Vac?
Sprinkle lightly over carpet, rugs or mats. Let it sit for a short time, then vacuum thoroughly. Always test on a small hidden area first.
Can I use Shake n Vac around pets?
Shake n Vac can be used in pet-friendly homes when used responsibly. Keep pets away while applying, vacuum thoroughly, and allow the area to settle before pets return.
Home Fragrance
How do I use a Reed Diffuser?
Place the reeds into the diffuser bottle and allow them to absorb the fragrance. Flip the reeds after a few hours for a stronger scent throw, then flip weekly or as needed.
How long does a Reed Diffuser last?
This depends on room size, airflow, temperature and how often the reeds are flipped. To make it last longer, place it away from direct sunlight, heat and open windows.
Can I refill my Reed Diffuser?
Yes, selected Reed Diffuser refills are available so you can reuse your diffuser bottle and reduce waste.
How do I use Room Spray?
Spray into the air to freshen your room. You can also lightly mist linen, cushions, bathrooms, bedrooms, cars or office spaces. Always patch test fabric first.
Can I use Room Spray as a linen spray?
Yes, our Room Sprays can be used as a linen spray. Spray lightly and allow to dry before use. Always test on a hidden area first.
How do I use Fragrance Oils?
Fragrance Oils can be used in suitable oil burners, diffusers, and on Wool Dryer Balls depending on the product instructions. Always follow the usage directions on the bottle.
Can I use Fragrance Oils on Wool Dryer Balls?
Yes, add a few drops of fragrance oil to your Wool Dryer Balls, allow the oil to absorb, then place them in the dryer with your laundry.
How do I care for my candle?
Trim the wick to around 5mm before each burn. On the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the top to help prevent tunnelling. Never leave a lit candle unattended.
Bath, Shower & Body
How do I use Bubble Bath?
Pour a small amount under warm running water and swish to create bubbles. Use as much or as little as you like depending on your bath size and bubble preference.
How do I use Bath Bombs?
Place one bath bomb into warm bath water and allow it to fizz and dissolve. Relax and enjoy your beautifully scented bath.
Are your kids bath products suitable for children?
Our Kids Bath Fun range is created for family bath time fun. Adult supervision is always recommended, and products should not be eaten.
What is Whipped Soap?
Whipped Soap is a soft, fluffy soap product that can be used as a body wash, hand wash or shaving soap.
How do I use Body Scrub?
Massage gently onto damp skin in circular motions, then rinse well. Use 1–2 times per week or as needed. Avoid broken or irritated skin.
How do I use Perfume Rollers?
Apply to pulse points such as wrists, neck and behind the ears. Reapply as desired.
How do I use Body Mist?
Spray lightly over your body or clothing for a fresh scent. Avoid eyes and broken skin.

How long will my order take to be packed?
Orders are packed as quickly as possible by our small family business. Processing times may vary during busy periods, sales and seasonal events.
