SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours Monday - Friday 9 am - 4 pm. If this isn’t possible, we will contact you to let you know. 

All shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10.50

Express Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $22.95

Free Shipping on all orders over $140- within Australia only.

We offer free local pick up on all orders from our shopfront.

We use Australia Post to deliver our parcels. You will get notified of your order tracking number from Australia Post so that you may follow the delivery to your nominated address. 

International orders: International shipping is available to New Zealand only. Shipping rates and delivery options will be shown at checkout where available.

Returns and refunds

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, including choosing the wrong scent, product or size.

If your order is faulty, damaged, incorrect, unsafe or not as described, please contact sales@littlebrowngoose.com.au promptly with your order number or other proof of purchase and details of the issue. Please contact us before posting an item back.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law and other applicable consumer laws are unaffected. There is no fixed 15-day or 30-day cutoff on statutory rights, and hygiene considerations do not remove them.
